UniSQ Japanese Garden QLD
It's looking a little tired but perhaps that's part of an autumn visit. A sign said the pond was polluted and to keep away. Didn't see a turtle but lots of ducks, Ibis (of course) and other birds. The pebble garden was uncared for. Crafted sections of the garden are tidy, and the bamboo stands impressive. A peaceful walk on the gravelled paths was relaxing, and the water installations were calming.

Very beautiful Japanese garden designed and constructed under the supervision of a traditional Japanese Gardening master. Extensive series of ponds bridges and garden beds. Beautiful views across the ponds taking in the gardens and bridges. Would offer seasonal variations in colours and blooms.

Japanese Gardens is my favourite place in Toowoomba. So serene and peaceful. It's also great for the whole family.

A really nice place it's much bigger and more expansive than it looks. Some good walking tracks. If you're planning to stay for more than a walk bring your own water, food and drink.

What a lovely spot to visit. It's not huge but extremely well kept.Recommended for sitting on the lawns with a picnic and soaking in the view.

A peaceful, well-kept and beautiful park. Lots of birdlife around the lake and plenty of bridges for photo opportunities. The gardeners have done an amazing job and it's a great place for a quiet stroll, even bringing your dog (on leash) too. There's several entrances and a few paths you can take, albeit it's mostly in a circular direction around the park. A wonderful place for a quiet picnic (making sure to take any rubbish with you!) and would highly recommend!
