Although we eventually didn't end up building with JFK, their customer service during the planning and design phase was fantastic. Shaun helped us through the process of designing a completely custom floor plan and even provided a 3D walkthough of the home that we could explore on our computer. He was always very quick to respond to any queries we had. Highly recommended.
