Fantastic company.I literally ordered my desk on Sunday, the order was confirmed on Monday and it was delivered in perfect condition on Tuesday. The delivery man rang me before he dropped it off as well. I wish all companies ran this well.

I bought an office chair from them which was not suitable, and I wanted to explore return or exchange options but they never answer the phone. I emailed them which they responded to but they refused to call me to discuss the issues I was having despite me asking them 10 times that I'd like to speak to someone. My issue is still not sorted out and still no call back after a week.

Incredibly unprofessional company, do not recommend the hassle of dealing with them. I had to request an invoice/order confirmation as they hadn't sent one 24hrs after payment (no apology , just told me it was probably in my spam folder... it was not). Then I had to keep following up with them about the delivery, again with no apology for the delay just more excuses. I received the office chair today, 2 weeks after placing my order. Save yourself the trouble and just shop at office works!

It’s not often that a product exceeds my expectations, but I recently purchased some Electronic Motorised Desk legs from Active Offices and they did just that. The postage was fast, the desk legs were extremely stable, well package, and overall high quality. I expected a good product for the price, but it’s safe to say they’ve exceeded my expectations!
