As a first time storage user, I was very happy with how easy Tanya and the team made it for me. Throughout the time I had the unit, staff were always professional, friendly and provided assistance when necessary. Their prices are affordable and their storage sizes are decent. Highly recommend using Osborne Park Self Storage, would definitely come back if I ever need extra storage again.

Not happy at all with this storage company. Things started well a few months ago when I initially emailed with enquiries about storage unit for September and dealt with Ange who was very helpful. All was well until recently when I was told something totally different by Tanya to what Ange had told me so the lack of communication has lost them a customer. Would not recommend these guys and even after I emailed to tell them I was not happy, did not even get a response to apologise. I find that very rude but I am extremely happy with the service I have received from the new company I have been in touch with. Will cost a bit more but as the saying goes, you pay peanuts and you get monkeys, so very true. Glad I went elsewhere.
