We arrived at the Ramada expecting a lovely room .we are an older couple, both use walking sticks. The bed was lovely, very comfortable. The room was a decent size. However, wanting a much needed cuppa we found the kettle wouldn’t work unless we stood and kept the button pressed down. There was no phone in the room. We persisted made our drinks and used our mobile to contact reception. We advised we would like another chair or bedside table to allow use of a CPAP machine, and a replacement kettle please. This never happened. We ordered room service to save a trip to the restaurant. The food arrived in two paper bags in cardboard containers with bamboo cutlery. We ordered steak at a premium price, and schnitzel . I asked for some steel cutlery and a plate . The room waiter was lovely and we did receive a plate and cutlery. To add insult to our already disappointing room there was some work being done in the adjoining room until 9:30pm. We will not stay there again. After my husband complained to management on checkout we were , after a few phone calls from the hotel, given a $50 refund.Clean, good bed,

I would not recommend unless you are looking for a cheap last minute option. An old looking hotel, that sits on a highway. The house-keepers do a good job of cleaning though. The restaurant is closed due to COVID, understandable but they do not make this clear on the website or on hotel booking sites. They have a coffee machine at reception with no instructions. As part of our booking we were told we would receive a bottle of red wine on arrival. We had to ask for it, and we were told they had run out. The person at reception said they could give it to us the next day. We never received it.

The rooms are a little dated, however clean, spacious, and very well equipped. My stay was pleasant and I would definitely recommend.

My family stayed here in late December of 2022, my brother and I who were sharing a room kept one suit and one dress for a funeral we were attending. During all the rush of leaving early the next morning, I left my dress in the closet. The same day of checkout we called the office and explained we left it in the closet, and said they would follow up with housekeeping the next day, no follow up ever accrued and by the next day it was not recovered. Super disappointed and my family and I will not be returning here!

Very outdated small room, uncomfortable bed and flat pillows. Air conditioner is a concern as it was very loud and old. Our room was upstairs, had to carry our suitcases up as no elevator (if there was we certainly weren't told) - not suited for an elderly or infirmed person. No information about surrounding amenities, attractions etc (a first for any motel I have ever stayed in). Only room service for dinner available, no option for breakfast onsite, restaurant closed on Sundays. Disappointing considering the price, would not stay again.

Good hotel, great location. Food and room service not available when we stayed in 2021.Wifi was dodgy which mattered because we had overseas conference calls to attend, ended up having to hot spot from a phone, very expensive and no reparation was offered.

Nice location, shame the restaurant wasn't open over Easter. Rooms comfortable enough but did not like shower over spa bath.

I always struggle a little with hotel reviews as I booked it not expecting more than I got but its still nice to surprised - but I wasnt. Location was good but thats about it. Shower/bathroom was dirty with someone else's hair all over it. Bed was OK. I would have given it two stars but they had a free coffee machine.
