My mum, sister, niece and I had a wonderful girly pampering day with Anne when we travelled to Mudgee last Christmas. Anne came to our accommodation and gave each of us a soothing collegen facial. We loved the Thalgo products, and she even gave us some freebie samples from the rest of the Thalgo skincare range to try at home. Anne was also a wealth of knowledge about great places to visit in the Mudgee area during our stay. She is a proud local and passionate about helping people enjoy their stay in Mudgee. I loved the experience with 'The Pampered Lady' so much I've booked in again for April when I return to Mudgee with another friend. Can't wait!

The facial I had with Anne was a true experience! Her technique is amazing. My whole body felt so relaxed it was blissful. And my skin, ooh la la! I can't wait to have another and book my daughter in.Anne is super friendly, professional and has a great sense of humour.The room is lovely, clean and comfortable and the products are of the very highest quality.Highly recommend the facial! Highly recommend Anne, she is incredible! Happy to have a chat whilst diligently working to get my eyebrows waxed and eyelashes tinted, with awesome precision might I add. The massage was... let's just say I nearly fell asleep it was so relaxing... a-maz-ing! She was methodically working through her routine, perfect pressure and pace. Her therapy room was spotlessly clean, decor was stunning. She takes pride in her practice and her work. My gosh she's found a new return client, will be back 100%.

Anne is amazing such a beautiful ladyLove the oxygen facial it makes such a differenceI’ve always had rosacea and this treatment takes away the redness and it has considerably reduced the frequency of the flare-ups.Massages are so relaxing and my lash lift made me feel a million dollarsDoesn’t matter which service i choose you I am always 100% happy

Absolutely outstanding,I cannot recommend highly enough!Anne is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The premises is immaculately clean with beautiful decor, and all of the equipment is modern and comfortable. I had hydrodermabrasion which left my skin feeling refreshed, plumped and amazingly hydrated and then came back for a full body relaxation massage which was absolutely heavenly! The products Anne uses are beautiful on the skin and the environment she has created is a little oasis of calm and relaxation. Another treatment at The Pampered Lady is definitely at the very top of my list for next time I visit Mudgee! Always happy to get behind a local Aussie businesswoman!

My close friends and I booked an Airbnb in Mudgee over the long weekend and wanted to get a massage. I gave Anne a call from the Pampered Lady, who even agreed to come to us. Before the day I requested a few changes which Anne gladly accommodated.When the day come Anne arrived at our Airbnb and was kind, organised and professional. She set up in a room and one by one we each had the most relaxing facial and massage (package 1).She used high quality products and created a spa environment with music and her soothing Swedish massage.I highly recommend her and any of her services. It was true value for money and next time I’m in town I will be back for another relaxing experience.Thanks Anne!

I had a much needed facial (Heart of the Ocean ritual $109) here just after they reopened after COVID. Anne, the owner and therapist, was lovely in helping me arrange a time by text and providing a wonderful relaxing experience. The place was centrally located in town and warm, dark and quiet. The Thalgo products Anne used were great and I especially loved the mist that smelled like the ocean. My skin was brighter and clearer in the weeks following. A lovely experience after a great weekend touring the vineyards in Mudgee!
