We built our first home in October 2015 through Roseleigh homes, at the time, this was a massive project to undertake as we were building on a small farmlet with a building site that was quite complex and presented some complicationsFrom start to finish, the whole process was seamless; nothing was ever too much trouble. Brad, Craig, Lisa & Heidi guided us through the entire process. Answering a lot of 'first time builder' questions and queries.7 years on, we love our home and can't thank the team and Roseleigh homes enough. Lisa suggested quite a few changes to our floor plan to better the functionality and suit our needs, guiding us through the process and suggesting fitting and fixtures that we love.I highly recommend Roseleigh Homes and will be back for our next project.

Looking at buying a house built by Roseleigh Homes Approx 13 years ago, so I called and spoke to Leigh I was so impressed that he remembered a home he built so long ago.Leigh took time out of his day helped with information about the home and even called be back with more info even though he had nothing to gain.If this is how Roseleigh Homes look after all their customers I would happily build with them.And of course the house still looks fantastic13 years later.

It has been approximately two and a half years since Roseleigh have completed the construction of my home. I am continuously impressed by the quality of workmanship. I should mention I am regarded as fastidious by all who know me well. All friends who come to visit rave about my home.From the introductory phase, nothing was too much trouble. The sales manager was thoroughly professional, very knowledgeable and guided me through to the design phase. Lisa was pre-emptive, kept the process smooth and trouble free while keeping me informed every step of the way. During the design phase, I am certain I drove the designer Brad ‘insane’, however he continued to be patient.During the build, minor hiccups occurred. They always will. The best a customer can hope for is that their builders are receptive and proactive in rectifying issues. I certainly regard Roseleigh as having conducted themselves in this manner.At the completion of the three-month maintenance period there was only one insignificant issue which was promptly attended to. After this, I had another hitch which was resolved almost instantaneously by Kris and Dave despite being outside the maintenance period. I regard this as commitment to their customers.Thank you to the entire Roseleigh Team.P.s. I trust all the office staff enjoyed their Monte Carlo biscuits with their morning tea.

Extremely disappointed with the poor customer service and experience we have had with Roseleigh homes. In October 2021 my husband contacted them to enquire about a custom build. As we had no reply, in December 2021 my husband followed up with another email. To which my husband received an apology and it was explained there was an email server error and had missed our original email. Now in mid April 2022 (4 months later) we still have no email or calls back from this builder. It would appear their problem is more than an email server issue. Very disappointed because I could never wish to work with a builder with such poor communication skills and lack of follow up. Glad we found out before signing a building contract!

We are in the early stages of planning to build our 3rd house in the past 23 years and we looked to Roseleigh Homes as they did a fantastic job on our 2nd home. We had 3 meetings with Lisa at the Warragul display home over the past 4 months. Even though this time as are going with a different custom builder, we found Lisa extremely professional and understanding to our needs. Just open and honest communication which is what we expected from a quality builder. Our choice was nothing to do with quality and price, just circumstances and timing. My wife & I highly recommend them for a high quality build & professional service.

I have built with Roseleigh Homes and was very happy with the experience. The Sales Manager was really great during the process as this was my first time building. I would have no reservations in recommending them, as their homes are high quality and the after care service was exceptional. Im very happy with my house.

I purchased my home six years ago and learned that it was built by Roseleigh Homes back in 2010. I must say after knowing the house intimately and the way it was constructed, it has become very clear to me that the quality of the build was and still is fantastic. I am very thankful that a builder and the client took a lot of care with the entire project. Now that I am looking at doing an extension for an additional bedroom, I know the project will be as easy as possible because of the quality of the build. Plus the staff at Roseleigh have always been very helpful when I've asked for information relating to the construction of my home. I'm grateful that these guys built my 'home for life' home. I'd definitely highly recommend them

My wife and I have recently made the difficult decision to move off the family farm. We visited the display centre in Drouin and couldn’t help but visit the Roseleigh Harper display home, the presentation and detail impressed us and as a result we signed up as our preferred builder.
