Muffin Break Kingsway
Bought a Special Savory muffin Saturday morning to take away and had it 1 hour later, so dry that I wondered how long it had been sitting there as it was definitely not fresh. Have ordered before at different stores and enjoyed the food. The service was excellent

Muffins are great but i ordered a toasted bacon & egg roll and it was microwaved and soggy, tasted like rubber. Disgusting

I ordered a bacon and egg roll. The worst I have ever had. I think it was heated up in the microwave. The bread was very hard.The egg was 2 slices of boiled egg. Bacon was just edible.The coffee was nice. I won’t be ordering food from there again.

Toasted ham n cheese sandwich was almost like cardboard with tough ham. Coffees were not nice. Staff were nice , so gave a 2 instead of 1

I am disappointed with the experience we have had at Kingsway Muffin Break today.I ordered and was served pleasantly.The frappe is great.We ordered the Lorraine tart with ceasar salad. Our order was not bought to our table. The tart was nice, the salad came out with no dressing. We (2 of us) received one set of metal cutlery, one set of paper cutlery and one napkin between 2 of us.The salad had no dressing on it. I went and asked for dressing, only to be told that they don’t have any and was offered a satchet of Italian dressing. I asked why I was sold the salad if the dressing wasn’t available. Another staff member then said we could use this (a bottle of praise Caesar dressing that had a dribble of dressing down the neck).This experience cost my partner $44.90. We both had the same meal. I was planning on buying a take home pack of muffins but am too disappointed to spend any more money here.

Coffee is constantly poor. I dont even try anymore. Pastries are served cold or warmed" be warned their warming is deathly. You cant eat what ever you bought for about 40 minutes

Got a sweet chilly chicken wrap, it was so pitiful, pretty much nothing in it at all, got the 4 muffin pack for $12.00 as was late afternoon....(they were ok but very stingy also on ingredients! Was charged in total $21.50! So the wrap was $9.50! Wow absolutely disgusting! Will not be returning.

Absolute disgusting! I ordered the roast veg wrap and the Mediterranean side salad. The wrap clearly was not fresh as the wrap itself was like cardboard and the side salad was absolute vom. The pasta was cooked through but had become so rock hard from age that the fork struggled to pick it up. I had one piece and would not eat any more, food/pasta that old is a health and safety hazard and you will get people sick from purely because your business practice is too laziness, or too stinginess, OR BOTH! Either was it is unacceptable to be serving food that old, I literally wouldn't give it to my dog!I will be reporting to the health department.

Nice coffee shop with good muffins. Nothing spectacular, but nothing bad either. Overall a good experience
