If I could do 10 stars I would for our amazing supervisorScott Schenk, we got off to a slow start with 4 supervisors before we got off the ground but once we were allocated Scott Schenk our build with Burbank was a fantastic experience. If he's in your area please ask to have him - he is honestly fantastic! We are so incredibly grateful for his ongoing help, even now when we needed some assistance, a text message and he instantly responds and problem sorted. Thanks again Scott your an absolute legend :)

House Coordinator and Supervisor were supportive and kept me updated in frequent comms through every constuction stages which leads to a smooth transition and ownership of the property with no hassle. Had a pleasant constuction journey with Burbank

• After getting through all the office parts of building my new home, sales, planning, colours selection I was excited to have my home start the building process. Once it had been forwarded onto my building supervisor was when all the hiccups started..! My slab was scheduled in for pour on the 31/5 but through delays from covid supplies arrived later than scheduled, I was next advised that pre slab items were completed and scheduled for 1/7, but after a quick drive by no slab on the 6/7, after questioning I was advised it was delayed due to weather (understandable.) I also found out from a neighbour that the day the slab was poured it was raining quite heavily all day. On the 21/7 an email was received with the slab now having been poured, commencement letter received I promptly sent through the slabs payment and was advised of possible delays due to the surge in building, but assured that my frame would be early to mid August. When asking about photos on the myplace app was told I should have them already but were uploaded incorrectly I received them on the 23/7 (after payment had been sent). An email advising what work would be done over the next 2 weeks•  Prefabricated walls• Frame timber• Framer• Roof trusses• Double glazed windows• Fascia/gutter• Roof rail• Roof coverMeant a little bit more excitement to see my house progressing..! Again let down with communication the frame was finally up around the 14/8, progress payment made and still no pictures on the myplace app as well as documents not being accessible. (This time corrupt files were the problem) finally received photos on the 31/8 and after finding out the frame had failed group 4's approval numerous times, and the Roof cover took almost 6 weeks to be put on. I felt that my supervisor Danny Bartels was not fulfilling his role in my build.. having a sinking feeling that things were not going well I engaged a private inspector to have an extra set of eyes. As soon as that happened I received a call from Danny wanting to know why I had engaged the private inspector and was told they were just a problem and that he'd wash his hand of them anyway. And it's also lucky I did involve a private inspector as upon inspections, frames have been bowed and walls out of plumb, window frames out of plumb, even to go so far that the terrible workmanship of the bricklaying  has resulted in walls having to come down.. this wouldn't have happened if the building supervisor was doing his job and keeping an eye on quality control..Ever since that I have felt that the build has been delayed and stretched out further than necessary, and the more complaints with the build the slower the job goes..I feel sorry who ever gets Michael Grace (construction Manager) And Danny Bartels(building Supervisor),I have been informed by other people who have Built at Burbank its approximately 4-6 weeks from Fix that the house was completed,I'll be waiting for the tiler to start in that time..

A smooth process communicating with Laura Simons who quickly understands what my family requires and responds to my numerous queries to the point and speedily. Hopefully, once the construction process begins, there will be no hiccups and we continue to have seamless communication which is important to us as we are not living in Australia and everything has to be done remotely.Such a breeze so far as there are ready colour schemes and other packages to choose from !!

We haven't started building yet, we just signed on our plans and placed a deposit, but I want to shout out EMMA GRIFFITHS (the Burbank sales agent) who has been absolutely amazing. She was far better than any other sales agent that we dealt with across many builders (and we dealt with quite a few), she was so patient and helpful, she helped us to make house plans that we love. She went over and above to spend time with us, to provide info we asked for and to make many changes to ensure everything is absolutely perfect for us.I also want to point out that Burbank's flexible floor plans is a huge plus for us, we feel like we are getting a one of a kind custom home for the price of a volume home.

Building with Burbank has turned out to be a biggest mistake we could have ever made and a very bad investment. The slab was poured on the 24th of August 2021 and after 567 days our home is not even at lockup stage. As of toady there is barely plumbing and bricks to the ground and not even cladding to the first floor. We are paying rent in the meantime and all these delays are taking a toll on our financial situation. A series of promises were made which turned out to be inaccurate and false, we've been very understanding during Covid by accepting the massive 227 combined days of delays. Unfortunately the site looks abandoned and liquidating damages are kicking in from today. We've asked to escalate the issue to management as the site supervisor is unable to tell us when the house will be finished and we have been completely ignored as always. They haven't even bothered justifying themselves or getting in touch with us. We are now reporting Burbank to Master Builders Association of Victoria with the hope of getting their attention. We are business owners and we service the building industry too, we can confidently say that Burbank is a badly run business. (job 127742)

We built our first house with Burbank, the whole experience was amazing starting from sales to building process.We enjoyed the fact that we had so many options of layout,structure and colours to choose from,very professional advice from the whole team and every process in a timely manner. Also some of the mistakes that were found after moving in, were rectified within the warranty period.Burbank did not only build a house but build a home with us.That's why we are building our second house with Burbank again!!!With our second build, we have just finished the first stage,the Administration.Brodie Paten our home coordinator has been amazing putting our minds at easy with every steps.

My sister and I had a great experience with Burbank. Our brother referred us to them and safe to say we are glad he did. Nishad, the consultant from Burbank Harpley helped us so much. He guided us and made sure we received the best services. He always go an extra mile to make sure we got what we needed. Excellent services and very happy to be working with them on our house.

I like the plan and elevation of the building. Also, the sales person was very good and help me to choose the right option as per my situations.
