Auswide panel service in Ringwood is amazing. The customer service was outstanding, Arnold explained every step of the process,  organised a replacing car and kept me up to date with the progress. The quality of the repairs was excellent, the car looked brand new when I got back. Arnold discounted the excess payable for my repair which was an unexpected surprise. I would highly recommend Arnold and Auswide panel service.

Arnold helped repaired and painted my Mazda 3 BM panel at a reasonable price (self funded). While other repairers slapped me with the default insurance claim quote, Arnold actually looked into the damage and quoted necessary repairs with care and thought. There was a detail he also looked into which was to replace this tiny clear sticker protecting the door (genuine from Mazda) that he did so without incurring more cost to me. I would definitely recommend Auswide for both private and insurance jobs.

My experience with Arnold was a pleasant one. He was very helpful and courteous and the quality of his work was excellent. It was only a small job but he gave me a sample of the paint in case I needed to do any future touch-ups. His price was very fair. I would highly recommend him,

bad experience ever, my car has scratch in the guard when I parked my car carelessly, dont want to go through insurance as I think it is not a big job, I went for different quotes like other people did, some Mechanic recommended go insurance and replace it, I went Austwide to look for a quote, a guy call Arnold keep telling me how experience they were and how other people unprofessional, telling my car could be fix and we agree a price, book a day, dropped off my car for repair, after a while, he has called me said car could not be fix,, part need to be replace, and need to double the price we has agreed, then, I asked him to stop and He asked me to get back my car cause he couldn’t fixed it , when I arrived to take my car back, I has found some part of my car has unscrewed, I ask Arnold why, he said because I didn’t believe him, and other Mechanics need to open it up anyway, so he do not want to waste his time to put it back to me, he think it’s like free of charge service, and I was argue with him, it is your wrong quote, if u tell me you need to replace it at the beginning, I would not start the job, and after I trust you can get the job done, you raise up the price after the job in the middle and now you try to return me my car without completely screwed up! I am not sure can my car drive in the road? will it be any part come off? Arnold just ignores me and refuse to put my parts back for me! Very upset and bad experience, I won’t be recommend anyone to go this place!

Very bad experience. Arnold gave a quote for panel repair, but they raise the price during repairing. They are unprofessional with quoting the wrong price and not recommended. They don’t even put back the stuff before returning the vehicle and leave the part unscrewed.
