I found a severe lack of price tags on shelving in Tissues & rubber washing up gloves. Staff on the checkout was very helpful & friendly so big tick there. I do realise with Covert you no doubt suffer unexpected staff shortages. However lack of pricing on goods is most unhelpful.

Great job, to young Nathan who gave me great advice on heaters in this freezing town. We came back,bought the heater and its fantastic! . So polite, helpful and courteous. You will go far in any customer service role.

Completely over Coles Lithgow...everytime I go in stock levels on shelves are poor. Store is messy and not tidy empty boxes on shelves with no stock in them. Tired of wasting time only to end up going to Woolworths for what I need. Will not be shopping here ever again.
