Alpha Refg did a great installation with my new Dakin despite having issues with Dakin having no stock at the time Chris overcame the issue and sorted it out and went beyond the terms of his quote also being a very friendly contractor a clean efficient company.

Worst experience ever.Before taking payment they answer your calls but after payment when something is wrong with the installation, they don't have time for your call.They send messages and blame your kids.They don't even give you payment receipt when you ask for. 1 camera stopped working in 10 minutes. Other 2 stopped in 2 days. Out of 4 only 1 is working. They never came to check nor to fix. Had to get someone else to fix them.Can't recommend at all.After a few months all 4 cameras stopped.My cameras are still under warranty, they stopped working. I contacted Alpha electrical several times but no response. And when they replied, one guy blackmailed me and asking to pay more money.AM I SUPPOSED TO PAY WHEN THE SERVICE IS STILL ON WARRANTY? People, don't be fooled by his 24/7 hours service. You will regret as I am actually. Again I had to get other people to while it was the responsibility of alpha electrical. Such a worst experience i have ever experienced.Be careful before taking any decisions.
