I rang Harvey Norman this morning asking if they had the JBL Boombox 2 on display as I wanted to hear it first before purchasing and Adam said they didn’t have one on display but to come down and he would simply get one out of the box so I could have a listen. Let me quickly say I went to Good Guys in Mandurah yesterday and asked the same question and the salesman replying yes we have 5 in stock but sorry none on display, and I can’t get one out of the box as I have no room for it on the shelf anyway….what shocking service. Anyway getting back to Adam, unfortunately they didn’t have the Boombox 2 in stock , but sold me the Boombox 3 at a reasonable price that I couldn’t say no. Well done guys, we live in Dawesville and will travel the extra mile next time to shop at Rockingham…Jean and myself were very impressed with both of your service.

I had a very bad leak with my LG washing machine, so much so it started tripping out house power. I live 3.5 Hrs from Perth, contact LG and they were not helpful at all asking that my wife take it 150 km round trip to be inspected before they would do anything about it. I rang Steve the owner of Harvey Norman Port Kennedy and explained the problem to him, he was extremely helpful in arranging for a replacement within a day to be to be driven 700 KM round trip. I would like to express my extreme gratitude to him and his employee Andrew who removed and installed the new / old unit as i work away. Truly exceptional service that i cannot recommend enough

My Sunbeam Barrister Max Coffee machine was showing the blue light for clean after only 18 months use. Salesman convinced me that I needed to buy Breville coffee residue cleaning tablets for $39.95. Absolutely useless as you put the tablets into the portafiller, but the light comes on without even attaching it to the machine. Absolute conn and wasted money.

Bought a new Dyson. Thank you to the lady who knew about dyson's on the floor. I think her name may have been, Kate!

Staff were very helpful. Great range of products at very reasonable prices. Furniture is quite expensive but the quality is next to none.Purchased a washing machine and scooter and will be back for sure.

Absolutely shock at the worse customer service that we ever recieved from Jason in white goods area....You lost sale big time.The good guys just got 2 grand sale from us instead

Ordered a stove online. Staff rang immediately and organised delivery. It didn't turn up. Rang the store and was told that I should have got an email. Delivery organised for the next day, but again no email with the time. Again rang the store... they had no idea, about my delivery. Finally the stove turns up. Lucky I was home! I notice other people have had the same issues before! I paid $49 for delivery, only to be mucked around. Never again Harvey Norman. Your customer service is poor.

I came to buy a new macbook air and were happy to price match to sell it to me cheaper. But they also provided me with false information leading me to buy a new Microsoft365 that wasnt needed to make up for the money. Then when i went to refund the unnecessary added on product they wouldn’t as its “not their problem”
