In response to the owner: the bank was only contacted after the owner stopped responding. The bank advised the best way forward was to raise the dispute so they could contact the owner directly to resolve. There was never any need for the owner to bombard us with calls and then show up unannounced in an aggressive manner and refuse to leave for well over an hour. All that was required was a response to the bank.The version of events from the owner is heavily altered in an attempt to mask his behavior and paint a better picture of himself. He failed to mention that he again contacted us directly over the weekend and this time began threating us with legal action as he didn't like our review. That sort of behaviour is what I'm warning people to. Hopefully they can avoid this sort of terrible experience, especially when it is driven by the owner of the store.Terrible experience with this store. Opened a bank dispute with the store and the owner (Raf) thought it was a good idea to call 13 times in 30 mins (didn't have my phone to respond) and then show up at our house acting like a crazy person (shouting and banging on the door). Had to involve the police for him to leave. Recommend people stay away.

I had an amazing experience working with the team at Floor Gallery Castle Hill. Raf, Sean, Arthi and Walter all dealt with me at various times of my journey to find the right flooring for my home. They understood that it was important to me to not rush and find the right product for me. What I really loved was their welcoming approach and genuine care for their customers. The after care was also impressive. After the wonderful installation team had finished, the sales staff at FG called and asked about my experience and explained additional aftercare information. Have just gone back to get some new rugs, would defintley recommend to family and friends :)

Very happy with the overall result of the new stone flooring installed recently in our new kitchen. Price competitive. Sean was professional and easy to deal with. Had some minor issues with installation that required installers coming back to fix..The installers need to take more care as the kickboards of the new kitchen did not cover the installed floor in a few places. Sean to his credit got on to the problem and it was rectified promptly and professionally.

Floor Gallery at Castle Hill installed the Stone Floor floorboard for our house recently. We are extremely happy with the sale service, advice and installation. We went to the shop after asking and being recommended by our neighbor who purchased and had their floorboard installed by Floor Gallery couple of years ago. Sean from the shop was very helpful in explaining to us well about the types and properties of a variety of floor boards.Raf, the owner, came alone to do the measurement and providing advice on the color and the best way to have the board installed when he learned that we were going to have the whole house painted later. Raf advised to remove the skirting and then refit after the floorboard were installed as it would look better. We took his advice despite of some hesitation concerning if the skirting might get damaged when they were removed from the wall. We were glad that we took his advice as there were no damage to the skirting.The new floor looks great and the rooms look more open. The installation team was fantastic, Eric was very pleasant to talk to and took every care during the installation. The whole installation job took 3 days, the first day was removing the skiting, floor levelling, 2nd day was to wait for the levelling agent fully dried up before laying the floor on the 3rd day. Our experience with Floor Gallery at Castle Hill is remarkable and the price is competitive. We have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable floorboard supplier and installer.

I rarely leave reviews, however, I have used Floor Gallery now for numerous renovations and have always been appreciative for the level of service and results that Raf, and his team have achieved. Raf (the owner) has always gone above and beyond to answer all my partner and I’s questions, meet tight delivery and install deadlines, and provide material for all our strata enquiries. I could not fault Raf and his team at any step of the process: the quotation, delivery and install were all made a breeze. Additionally, Raf really knows his stuff- he guided us in selecting the floor colouring and style, provided a competitive quote and came to personally inspect the install to ensure that we were happy with the result. Really glad we found Floor Gallery, and we will be continuing to use Raf and his team for all our future projects. Absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for any, and all, flooring works!
