Just Add Vegan

Just Add Vegan would have to be the best ‘accidental find’ ever. I have tried ready made vegan meals in the past and they weren’t great. Being somewhat lazy in the kitchen (hence the ready made meals) I was a bit reluctant to try meal kits where I’m need to cook it. Well, all I can say is that I have been blown away. Firstly, the cooking aspect is minimal. The instructions are simple, easy to follow and I am actually enjoying cooking. Secondly, the food is absolutely mind blowing! I am eating gourmet vegan food, at home, at an affordable price.The balance of flavours are insane. It’s like eating at a gourmet restaurant. Usually when I cook, it tastes okay but it’s never like what you would get from a restaurant. I made a potato vindaloo from the Just Add Vegan kit recently and it was on par with my local Indian (whose food is absolutely amazing). I just cannot achieve that type of flavour myself using supermarket ingredients. Even if I make something from scratch, I seem to fall short of getting great flavour that you just want to devour.The other thing is that I am saving money (and time) because I am no longer battling it out at the supermarket every couple of days. I have a pantry full of staples and, at the end of the day, I grab my kit and within 30 minutes I am eating amazing food. Also, the portion sizes are generous. A ‘two serves’ will often give me three, sometimes 4 serves. II genuinely love this business. It is the best I have ever eaten and I actually enjoy cooking. Highly recommended!

I love these meals so much!! It's DELICIOUS, so well-priced and they are so so lovely to deal with. Cannot recommend enough. Far and above much higher quality than hello fresh or anything else I've tried really. Unique and interesting meals every time.

Coming from competitors dinner boxes that I either had to tailor to suit a vegan diet or throw certain ingredients away, Just Add Vegan has been a savior.When you open the box, the first thing you'll notice is how fresh everything is. The recipes are also adventurous but easy to complete, and the meals are generously portioned. I loved the inclusion of condiments and ingredients from the likes of Millers Lane (vegan cheese manufacturers) and that everything is packed in brown paper.I attach a picture from their vegan Pho recipe, which - for a 45 minute recipe, was loaded with flavour, and was so impressive.

We subscribed to Just Add Vegan in July 2022! The recipes are diverse and delicious and the portion sizes are generous! We seem to always have some left overs - that never happens with other meal kits. The recipes are easy to follow too. There's a selection of plant-based pantry products - from dips, cheese, incredible tofu, healthy buns and burger patties, and sweet treats. I've loved supporting a dedicated vegan business. Padma and Arthur have created an awesome product and service and I hope others will take a chance!

We are really loving our JAV boxes, not only is it such a time-saver for us but it’s taking us out of our comfort zone and we’re now cooking things we typically haven’t in the past. The quality of the produce is high and the flavours are fantastic.Keep up the good work!One suggestion would be an app to make ordering easier.

This is a thoughtful business in a sea of cold corporate companies. The recipes are always really delicious, customer service is top notch and they also have an option to add on groceries from other small local vegan business. Can't say enough good things about JAV.

I have been looking for an all-vegan meal kit delivery service for ages and so happy that I finally found one! The recipes are so delicious, and the customer service is amazing. I what I love most is it all the thinking and planning out of meal prep. I’ve gone from eating takeaway 5x per week to once per week, and i am trying so many new and exciting dishes. Would recommend without hesitation, especially to parents working FT

These are the BEST meal kits we have tried. The dishes are always delicious and our non vegan family and friends LOVE eating our food when we make these. Not to mention the awesome ability to add extra grocery items to your order, that you can't find easily.
