Our bush block was badly affected by the bushfires in January 2020 and, although the bush has made an amazing recovery, there were a few trees close to some of our buildings that we were concerned about. We engaged the services of Douglas Arbor and were very pleased with their expertise, knowledge, professionalism and their thorough approach to safety. Their assessment showed that some of our trees were too badly burnt and would not recover. They would need to be removed as they were in danger of falling however others were still healthy under the burnt bark. I engaged Douglas Arbor in 2021 to write an Arboriculture Impact assessment report for a Development Application we submitted for a semi-Rural Property that had some very old Eucalyptus trees on it, as part of the DA proposal was the removal of 3 large, over mature tree's that could have been considered Habitat Tree's. on Marks Advice, we made concessions and protections around other trees on the property and had no kick back from council on the need to remove these trees for our Dwelling.Mark was Prompt in his replies to us and quick in getting the report back. I wouldn't hesitate to Recommend.
