It was a stinking hot day, the shop we walked into was dirty and messy. The office was full of dust and I'm sure the person who tried to do a plan of what I was saying, either didn't listen or just didn't get it. I got a better deal just getting a roll from Bunnings.

I've been waiting for a piece of mat over the whole winter and still waiting, if i read the reviews before I would of known better, poor in performance all around same excuses repeatedly, clueless in communication customer service not even a simple apology, next time I'm going elsewhere, spent a little but won't be wasting time.

After being let down by Carpet One for 10 to 14 days to do some re laying and fixing of a carpet i was put in contact with Terry at Discount Carpets who promtly appointed and fixed the problem within a matter of days. Kevin did an excellent job in re laying and whilst i thought $200 for 2 hours work was a little steep the job was completed and done well. Full marks.I still have flooring to do in the kitchen and Discount Carpets are well in the radar when i start this project. I wish i had approached this firm when i first spent $4500 on the original carpet at Carpet One.Good job guys.

really disappointed that after selecting my carpet they laid the carpet they had chosen on the original quote. So despite telling them I would be into their shop to select the carpet I wanted which I did and paid my deposit at the same time they went ahead and laid the wrong carpet It’s now been more than two weeks since they laid the wrong carpet and I’ve called numerous times and emailed and I’ve had no response at all. Have finally heard from them and grateful they are replacing with the carpet I chose in the next week
