The lady was very friendly and tried her best to help. She suggested many different alternatives to help sort my problem but just didn't have to colour combo I needed but otherwise great service

Be careful NO REFUND even if the product is faulty, some products have very poor quality, the lady at the store was very rude and unhelpful. I won't be going here anymore, NOT RECOMMENDED

Lovely little shop, great selection of products sometimes you may not find exactly what you go for but will never leave empty handed. The ladies that work there are wonderful as well very friendly and helpful with service.

Felt unwelcome and the lady behind the counter was down right rude. I asked her a question and she quickly replied with if it's not on the shelf we don't have it. I'm assuming she didn't own the business as no business owner would act like that. Very disappointed as had been recommended to try there. Well should of gone to the cheesecake shop to start with.

I have been shopping with Jodie and the wonderful team at Sugar Smith for over 10 years now, and have never had and dramas. Yesterday I tried their new click and collect option, and it’s fabulous! I also had to use Afterpay this time, and it was so easy! The website is much easier to navigate now, and going from shopping cart through to the payment finalisation is seamless. So so great! It will never replace going in and seeing the lovey ladies for my baking things, but it does make things very easy as I work full time. I have always gone in, or called for advice, I even used curbside pick up during covid, but this new option is a great addition to their business. Well done ladies! See you in a week or two for more supplies!

Seems to have everything the cake hobbyist could want but does not have ready made cakes for sale. No cheap nasty stuff.Great range of rental pans and classes too.

Again and Again I go back here. The carpark is average but that is not their fault. The staff are so helpful. Even if I my girls want a $3 item they treat us like we are spending hundreds of dollars. They also offer up free tips to my girls to help them with their artistic ideas. When my girls are older I will book them in for lesson here. Great staff and all good value. If they had a coffee shop in here it would be nice so I can sit and wait for my girls (-:

Every question I had was answered, prices were good and there was a genuine care for helping. I walked out with what I needed and an idea on how to accomplish what I was attempting. I am very amateur but I think it turned out ok, first time I have done a tier cake. Thank you

So love this shop. The help and tips I've been given have made my cake decorating life so much easier . These ladies could nit do enough for me and have been so welcoming to my grandson. Highly recommend.
