Go Green Carpet Clean

Santiago did an amazing job steam cleaning carpets and sofa. Both looked new again and all stains were removed. He was able to start early, worked very hard and was very professional. This is the 2nd time I have used Go Green and can highly recommend them.

I was a first time customer of Go Green Carpet Clean on Thursday 30 March 2023 where a very professional man called Santiago did the steam clean of the top and ground floor of my 2-storey residence in Rosebery, NSW. Due to my extensive caring duties for 2 different people and the restrictions placed on a lot of people by the COVID era, I did not get the chance to properly arrange to steam clean the carpet for a number of years.Santiago did an excellent job by firstly thoroughly cleaning the surface dust from the carpet and then the detergent combined with the powerful steam cleaning machine removed a huge amount of dirt and grime from the carpet which had embedded itself within the carpet fibres. Santiago was very understanding of the medical situation of 1 person who I care 24/7 for since AUG 2015 onwards and treated her with care, respect and patience which I highly appreciated. He did a very thorough job and I was pleased with the end state of the carpet which was a lot more hygienic than before as normal carpet cleaning cannot do the same job. I was so impressed with the quality of the job that for my own use I purchased a new SHARK carpet cleaner for the home which does a good job now at maintaining the cleanliness by removing surface dust.The price charged for the service was reasonable and that is why I will NOT hesitate to recommend the services of GO GREEN CARPET CLEAN to other potential new customers who want a deep clean of their carpets which is essential to do from time to time to maintain a clean living environment.

Very professional and honest with communication. Darren was friendly and polite and tried his best to remove a tough stain off our carpet but unfortunately, the stain was so tough he tried his best to remove what he could. He was very knowledgeable and also very informative about what we should and shouldn't do. Highly recommend these guys! Thanks so much for trying :)

We highly recommend GoGreen. The quote was quick and fair. There were a few companies that quoted a similar price but Darren’s point of difference is his use of environmentally friendly cleaning products (he makes a lot of them himself) as well as his stellar attitude. Darren really went above and beyond, all with a smile and respectful manner. We really couldn’t be happier with the end result.I also asked Darren to take a look at our car seats because there were a few marks I’d been meaning to get off. He offered to steam clean those for a very fair price in addition to the house and everything now looks fantastic.The real test is whether you’d have someone back again and we wouldn’t hesitate to call GoGreen back for our next carpet clean.Thanks a million.

I am so glad I stumbled upon Go Green Carpet Clean. The team is amazing, friendly, efficient and respectful. The cleaning chemicals they use are natural and it makes me feel so comfortable as I am pregnant and knowing that we were safe around the cleaning area gave me peace of mind. Our friendly cleaner Bayu went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied and did not hesistate to answer any questions. We spotaneously decided to get the couch cleaned too and Bayu graciously accommodated our last minute request. They are reasonable and definitely worth every penny. Highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned.

Great steam job on the dirty rental carpet! Was safe for allergies and able to sleep in the room that night without any issues. Darren and team were really helpful explained everything really well and I was able to get it done the same week! Couldn't recommend more!
