Waste of money, the inspector did not even notice cracks in building andother issues. Was here for only 15 minutes, not much of an inspection.

They didn’t bother to look under my house. He said it wasn’t possible to get under. We bought the house. The entry was around 400mm high and 700 wide. When I moved in I had a look under the house and I found a huge bathroom leak that had been growing for so long that there were stalagtites hanging 120mm down and the joist next to it had rotten completely out. Then a year later i asked for a new copy of the report and they claimed they didn’t have a record of it. It would’ve cost me too much stress to take them to court, so I just copped it.
