Silkroad rugs and their team was fantastic in helping us choose our handmade rug for our new home. Being patient with our decision and letting us try out a rug to see if it will fit our home first before committing to purchase was great customer service. The rug we chose for our home is of excellent quality and all our family and friends liked it to.

I have purchased a rug online, based on the pics they were uploaded on the site. The following day Alex called to organise delivery. He also had a video chat so I could see the rug. Exchange or refund was available if the rug was not suitable once inside the room. I LOVE THIS RUG!! QUALITY AND SERVICE ARE AWESOME!! Would give them 10 star's out of 5!! Use them!! Beauty and goodness are with them!!

Great handmade rug!!

We purchased a beautiful silk rug from Alex earlier in the year. The quality of the rug is faultless. Not only do we love the rug but we were extremely impressed with Alex's professionalism, excellent service and thorough knowledge of all the different rugs that they have on offer. The 3 day trial in our home was also great as it did help with our decision making. Even after the purchase we were told that they will be able to assist with future rug cleaning or maintenance if required. If you are looking to purchase a new rug think of Silk Road Rugs. They really went beyond our service expectations. Highly recommend to anyone.
