While competitively priced, SmartMove's services are superior to Removalist and Storage providers that we have used previously.We found the removalist staff to have been competent and courteous, and they certainly took care with our goods from removal to transportation to storage.They've also provided us with speedy and easy access to our stored goods.The SmartMove team has always been helpful and responsive and I'd certainly recommend them to anyone needing removalist and/or storage services.

Ron and Raul were fabulous! The called before they came, they arrived when they said they would. They were friendly, kind and extremely professional. Took great care with my furniture from pickup as well as at drop off. Highly recommended company who I will definitely use again and refer.

You should be wary of engaging this company to move your furniture. You risk your furniture being damaged.When the Smart Move removalists were loading my large custom made cabinet onto their truck, they failed to put a blanket on the edge of the truck to protect it. As they slid the cabinet over the edge, I saw what looked like some of the white paint chip off it. I asked them to stop but they said it was too heavy and had to keep moving it.I wasn't able to check it at the time but when it was returned, there were large chips on the edge of the cabinet. When I complained about this, I was told the removalists had wrapped the cabinet in a blanket to protect it before they loaded the cabinet onto the truck. I told them this was not true.When I said I wanted to be compensated for fixing the damage, they said I should have taken out insurance. They then said that as a good will gesture they would bring the cabinet back to their warehouse and look at what could be done to repair it.I said I couldn't trust them to take the cabinet again, as it had been damaged the first time they moved it. I said I would get the cabinet maker who made it, to quote on repairing it and asked them to compensate me.I was told I should have taken up their offer to take it back to their warehouse. That was the end of the matter as far as they were concerned.I had trusted this company to move my belongings in a professional and safe manner and they failed to do this. I now have a damaged cabinet and have to pay for it to be repaired.

Ricky, Michael and Andy did an amazing job with our move. It ended up being a bigger job than we had anticipated. The guys were so flexible and accommodating. Moving is always such a stressful experience and you can feel self conscious with all of your things on display. The guys made us feel completely at ease and we could just focus on getting stuff done. This is the second time we have used this company and have nothing but praise for their team.

The Smartmove team did an excellent job with our move today. They have a professional approach and took care of our furniture, as well as ensured that they made the best use of space and time. I would use them again and happily recommend them to others.
