The thing is, you have to look over the finished product to be sure they were thorough. That being said, they'll fix anything you raise without asking and the best thing is that they have cleaned my car in such a good way there was no spot left .Best car wash ever visited.Must visit ...

Unfortunately there is no negative stars. We have been before & got a great wash so went again. This is the worst experience we have had.Our wheels have paint stripped off each one & amassive chunk off the bonnet as well. And to make matters worse they lied & said we had sticky tape on the bonnet. When my husband questioned it and asked for proof of the stick tape, they said it blew away, they still charged us for a full wash & wouldn't return the keys until we paid. We have tried to call the owner several times & had workers contact them & still not a phone call or apology . So we are left to pay for a white pearl paint. Thanks for nothing

Lazy car wash, they only clean your car if it’s already clean or they will try charge you more. Never seen this before.I wanted 105$ washThey wanted 300$ to vacuum the grass lolThey have no issues cleaning my other cars that i usually take to another car wash in Blacktown weekly I come here cause I was lazy to drive to them, this was grass on car mat lol - lazy worker = lazy job no good

only gave one star because I couldn't give a zero star rating. Was talked into getting some kind of oil applied to rejuvenate plastic. They only did one side of the car...I took it back and they told me that they did do it but it had already worn off.I could wipe dirt off the car and rims with my finger. Bird bog still on Windscreen after getting washed.Very bad service....don't waste your money going there.

Got my car washed last week. Basic washing costs 50 but windscreen, side mirrors were not cleaned properly.. Inside cleaning was ok but very disappointed with outside finishing.

‘When was your car last washed’ is not the question you would want to hear first but that’s just what he asked. It was almost as if the manager was frustrated that I had got my car to wash. I’m going to charge you more now - he was punishing me for wanting a clean car. Disappointing experience overall. Won’t be surprised if they shut down with this attitude.
