Forever New Springfield Orion
There is an added expectation when visiting a more high-end store that the customer service will be better compared to your average Kmart experience. This Forever New store is honestly the only Forever New that has great customer service. Compared to all the other Forever New stores where workers blatantly ignore you or are condescending, the workers here at Orion are attentive and friendly. The shop environment is bright and welcoming.

Located in Springfield Orion shopping centre.Visited with my wife, has a great and modern range of clothing and accesories, such as handbags and fashion jewellery.The store is very bright and airy with a very modern look.Fitting rooms are available in store and the staff are very freindly and always happy to help and give advice.This is one of my wifes preferred stores due to the range and sizes available.Access is excellent with large main doors and wheelchair accessible.Parking for this store is also excellent, being the main shopping centre car park, as well as limited close by parking outside the store.Thank you.

Went in a blonde and brunette sat there talking didn't get no greeting acknowledgement nothing. I had an awards night and was looking for an outfit but left. Sad service, they only noticed me when I stood out the store leaving this review.
