Cadox Building Design
A couple years ago my partner and I purchased a block of land. We were confused about where to begin when building a house. I walked in the door to Cadox and was greeted by a lovely gentleman who spent about an hour, talking me through the Section 32 document and helped me to understand the first steps to building. Amazingly, he didn't charge me a cent for this advice and I was incredibly thankful for his knowledge as it have me confidence that we could build on our difficult block of land. We ended up using a different company for our build but I wanted to say thank you for your help.
