Bought one packet of smokes with my bank card got charged for two after showing the error on my statement from the bank was told it's my problem to sort out .....Bank statements were supplied to you to show your errors your store manager also took photos of the bank statement then I was informed later that day NOT YOUR PROBLEM no offer was made in your store to resolve the issue so don't try to place the unresolved issues back on me you won't admit to over charging me i will make the up most effort to inform as many people as possible about your business and the ways in which you treat your customers

This is the second time, that I AM aware of, I have been double charged by this company. I bought a product in a Tuesday and the amount was charge again on the following Friday! I have been told it's a problem with their fpos loosing connectivity. I am a manager in retail and I have never come across this. If their is a problem with connectivity, the card does not process at all and you try again. It's not charged again 4 days later!! I dread to think how many times I have been scammed and did not even notice. They don't even have a company contact number. Their employees, sweet as they are, repeat this completely ridiculous line fed to them that my money will return into my bank account. I will be pursuing an investigation for fraud. I highly recommend to everyone to not purchase from this company.

I go into the shoreline smokemart and gift box regularly and the staff are always helpful and professional. Easily the best run smoke shop in the state. I won’t shop anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Worst customer service Ever.I have never seen staff be that much rude and cranky. Went there to buy a vape and the staff over there treat me like I am some kind of thief and gonna steal their products. Disgusting behaviour and not going back again.
