I would not use any other company for my upholstery cleans. Mike from stain busters has cleaned my lounges and dining chairs multiple times now over the last 5 years and I cannot fault their service. Awesome job every time, even on the tough strains from children and pets. Mike is super friendly, always professional and takes the time to explain the process.

We hired Stain Busters to clean our carpets after water ingress from the rain. Mike was punctual and did a FANTASTIC job. The carpets are the cleanest they have been since we moved in. The pricing is very reasonable and their services are definitely great value for money. Mike rescheduled the service date to the next day which fell on a public holiday, he communicated this change promptly and honored the original quoted price (he did not charge extra for public holiday). Mike from Stain Busters attended our place today. He was on time, a text also came prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way. Super friendly guy, efficient and thorough. Couldn't ask for better service. Our 3 year old lounge has come up looking like new and he cleaned the grout in our laundry tiles. The tiles have been down for almost 20 years, and the clean has totally refreshed the area. We were very impressed with how it turned out. I have only ever had positive dealings with this company, Mike has now been out here twice, Chris has been out once and Jane in the office, everyone has been so nice - the process has been smooth each time and would not consider using anyone else.

We had our carpets cleaned at short notice in time for Christmas and were pleased we could be fitted in at short notice. After having the carpets cleaned we decided also to have our tiles cleaned and made an additional booking for December. We were only going to have half the tiles done, avoiding an unused area but when we saw the difference we had the lot done. At the same time some of the more stubborn carpet stains were cleaned again at no additional cost. We were very pleased with the results and have no hesitation recommending stain busters Penrith.

Arrived on time and all work undertaken with complete care. Mike was super, addressed all the stains on my carpet and polished my tiles and grout like new. Fantastic service and product at a very good rate, much cheaper than others and quality work. Very impressed with Stain Busters, this is the third time I have used their services and will again.
