I called today and requested to have a phone appointment with my doctor, Dr. Nourdine. the asian receptionist was very rude and suggested I'm to make an appointmentwith Dr, Mayu instead or to come personally to see her. I kept telling her I can not come as I have a really bad covid and I would like to speak to my own doctor. She told me my personal doctor was Dr, Mayu. I tried to explain I been seeing Dr. Nourdine not Dr. Mayu. She end up hanging up the phone on me.... Lot of people have problem with the staff, I think the staff need to get more educated and more skill how to handle a sick patients

You need to replace your receptionists. It’s always a struggle to deal with them. If you can’t provide a satisfactory service, you better close your medical centre. We only come to you just for our wonderful GPs, not to deal with rude and unprofessional receptionists.

Had the utmost disgusting experience today. Took my son to the medical Center at 12:00 with my young son. The receptionist advised that doctor will see me soon and will go for lunch at 2:45. Waited until 2:45, watched so many people that I didn’t even see at receptionist who is of Pakistan background go in and communicate in their language. At 2:45 the receptionist makes eye contact at me and goes knock on the doctors door, soon in couple of seconds the doctor walks out to the lunch room.Never is this kind of service delivery exceptable. I am already going through a lot and to encounter this I was so overwhelmed. Literally I broke down in the car, my young son comforting me.If trusted or practices add to people anxiety like this.. what can individuals expect.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. I urge management to rethink their choice of receptionist. They are very hostile and rude and are constantly laughing and chatting instead of helping people. I approached an Asian lady and she completely disregarded what I was saying and continued to laugh with her co workers instead of politely addressing my concerns. The receptionist put a bad image for this medical centre and due to the disrespect I’ve encountered I will not return. I hope I. Future management makes Better decisions and is able to train them properly.

This is worst receptionist I ever seenThey are completely incompetent and rude. They never answer the phone or if they take the phone you get no answer but just hear their conversation in the background and wait till you go away.They have no idea of what the service they doing are.If you go to the counter you will see they are talking to each other while you standing there waiting for their service.Management of this medical service should know that this kind of practice is very risk issue and it should not be down played.It must be addressed. It will affect the patient, doctors reputation as well as the business of the centre.

outstanding service.All the staff i met were nice.The waiting time was very reasonable.no need for an appointment.

Dr Ahmed Zeid Elarif is the only Doctor who is worth seeing here.No point in coming here if it's not to see him. 5 Stars for Dr Elarif. The atmosphere, customers service and remaining Drs is definitely where ratings drop all the way for this place.

Before we go, we called the medical centre. They told us they are not accepting booking over the phone, this is why we went around 11 in the morning. Unfortunately, we had to wait around 5 hours with my three kids to Dr Moddassar . But, we saw some people come in and straight away get in the doctors room without waiting. I ask receptionist why this is happening. She said some people booked and went home and couple of hours later they came to see the doctors. I told her this is not fair because my family has been waiting there for 5 hours and people went in without wait.Receptionist and doctors is lack of knowledge

Pathetic place.We were asked to come at 1:30 and been waited for almost an hour for getting a flu vaccine from Nurse.Seems like their customer base is not reviews based as they keep getting patients even after such bad reviews.

This is the worst, receptionist is lack of knowledge of how to respect people. No idea what they are doing juts keep talking not listen. Need at least 4 hrs to wait the doctor unless you know the doctor then he will let you in without waiting.
