Excellent advice and customer service, Josh helped me over the phone and honoured the special price was advertised but ended on Sunday. Received the stock next delivery. Overall very happy with the product and experience. I had good experience with VIC GCO too.

Prices are good, I’m still waiting 10 days after placing an order for my item to ship. No response from GCO after 2 follow-up emails on when my item will ship. I’ve never had an order take more than 24h to ship from Golf Box.Update: the manager called after I posted my review and said my order was lost. The products did arrive the next day after the correction however I’m keeping 3 stars as their email communications never got back to me after multiple attempts to contact them.

Ordered something online during Boxing Day sales. Something wasn’t in stock, however Peter from the online team called me personally (and left me a detailed voicemail as I didn’t answer) to assure me they would send a sufficient replacement which was also more expensive and at no extra cost. Great customer service, unreal prices. Can’t go wrong.
