Absolutely top class rental property management! Our property manager, Jess Vernon was incredibly responsive, was always transparent and very respectful of privacy. If property wasn't being sold, we definitely would have stayed! They offered to assist us to find another place if other rentals were suitable and communicated every step of the way. Great communication with the owner who also was encouraged to act on things right away and followed up with. When the time comes to go into the selling and buying market I would love the same service as what I have received. Thanks Jess and team!

1-Star is one too many for Elders Palmerston, by far the worst Real estate company i have ever had to deal with.Our hot water service wasn't working when we moved in and took them five weeks to fix. We were given an electric temp hot water service after three weeks, when we asked for compensation, we were offered $72.Almost every blind in the house was broken, when we called to ask them to sort this issue, we were told that this was the state of the house when we inspected (We inspected via video).Rather than fix the blinds, they would book in separate contractors every month or two, and kept saying they needed more quotes. Once we told them we were moving out and the Elders sales team come through, we received a call saying great news, we're replacing the blinds.These were not the only issues, but were the two longest running issues we had.Unfortunately this is a company that does not care about their tenants at all.Please avoid Elders at all costs!

Our property manager is Sharon Clough from Elders Palmerston. We have had Sharon as our property manager for the past 2 and a half years and recently had to move so when we started to look and found a property that Sharon was looking after it was a no brainer to go for that house. Sharon did everything to make sure we could get the house and took all the work and stress out of the realestate side of things. I would definitely recommend Elders Palmerston to rent through thanks Sharon.

Rayna from Elders Palmerston, is one of the most wonderful real estate agents we've ever met! She is polite, patient and made all efforts to best share everything about the property on our very first call. Her sincerity had convinced us to place a deposit even before we had a chance to see the property. Rayna walked for several hours in very hot weather across the land to confirm boundaries. Even the neighbours were highly impressed by her dedication. She is very pleasant, less about words and more about action!

Colin Morrow did a fantastic job selling our property in Gunn. Totally professional, honest and friendly. He managed the whole process seamlessly. Our house was sold and has settled within three months of first contacting Colin and he achieved $5k more than appraisal. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Overall i can say not bad at all.When it comes to my property manager Rachel Baldock , she is awesome. Rate 5 for her. I have had 20 managers in last 5 years; non of them have impressed me so much as she did. Special character :picks of phone anytime even on weekend .Does her job perfectly fine and up to date for any info.Very helpful and polite.What else you want #####?

Would rate a 0 if I could.Worst real estate I've ever had to deal with.Purchased my unit through them, they are easy and do anything for you when it comes to buying off them. They'll probs jump off bridges to get you to buy off them.But as soon as you rent through them it's dead end.I had my property up with them for a while. Nothing. No tenants nothing.I actually had someone contact me wanting to view it. Told them to go to elders, had the lady contact me telling me she got turned away and told to come back next week because the property manager was away. I was furious, I don't want to know how many others they turned away. I had to call them up and tell them to get someone else to show it to them.They also have multiple hidden charges. When we signed up we got told we wouldnt have to pay anything till someone was in our property. But yet I was constantly receiving Bill's from them. Including internet listing bills that I now know we were being over charged for.They refused to do any scheduled open inspections.I havent been with them for 2 months now. I changed real estates,and within not even a month of being with another real estate I had multiples apply and already have a tenant.Only to just found out off the new real estate because they requested another electronic gate key as they only received one. I was confused as I gave elders 2 and they were meant to give them to the new real estate.Only to find out after I contacted them 2 months on they still had my property and entry to it! I am so appauled!!! That is technically theft. They had my number and email to easily message or call me to say they still had my electronic key. But instead just kept it.While I dealt with them when my property was with them, they were horrible! RUDE! and staff lacked communication badly.Would never recommend them to anyone.
