I asked the sales assistant to put 2 pairs of shoes behind the counter at the Lake Haven store for my grandsons until I returned. When I came back 20minutes later to purchase them she had sold one pair and there was no more in stock. A very disappointed child was the resultVERY POOR SERVICE.

Really happy with my visit here to purchase my daughters school shoes. The staff member was extremely helpful and informative and made my daughter feel comfortable for her first pair of school shoes. She helped with her sizing and also helping her navigate the shoes and socks.

Lake haven store. Staff are always super helpful. I went to get my 10 yr old casual shoes and they had quite a few to choose from. In the end we bought two different pairs because they were affordable and easy to try on.
