Kayla & The Balance Project are incredibly commendable! From wonderful client services, to a full range of healing options, to listening and accurately diagnosing causes for pain. After working with Kayla on a repeated issue causing large amounts of pain through back & hips, she was able to relieve all pain and tension and recommend exercises and movements to help treat repeated flare ups. 100% recommend!
