Needed new remote for my car, was well informed of my options and the young man with beard had my brand new key ready within the hour!Excellent service and good price

Got a belt shortened and they didn’t take out enough leather for the prong to go lower than flat. Also when they put it back together they put the belt loops upside down (in picture)A week later my partner went in to get a garage remote battery replaced and told them her car remote wouldn’t work and that she had already had the battery replaced and that wasn’t the issue and asked if there was anything they could do to fix it to which they said they’d have a look and see if they could find something wrong with it. When she returned to pick the remotes up they told her they had fixed the car remote and tried to charge her $70, she questioned why it was so much and they said they had changed the battery and found a part in it that was loose and fixed it. She then asked again why it cost $70 when the man said “oh did I say $70, I just meant $20 for the remote”. My partner was of the impression that this wasn’t an honest mistake but it seemed like they were trying to take advantage of her. When she got back to her car she went to test the remote and it still did not work.

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I purchased two garage remotes that did not sync with my garage. I went back to the store to get a simple refund. But instead I got three men that talk over the top of me, lied, ranted and went around in circles. The three of them tried to intimidate me. All I kept saying was I just want a refund. It was clear to my that under no circumstances were they going to give me a refund, even though the product was useless to me. There was no signage in their store that states no refund, nor did they tell me this when I purchased the remotes and it was also not on the receipt. The old man with the grey hair was so rude and disrespectful. I hope you don’t speak to all woman like that it was disgusting!!! I would not recommend this store to anyone, no one deserves to be treated that way.Then I was finally offered a store credit. Which I refused because I will never go back to that store again.My recommendation is NEVER go to this store!!!

i could never recommend this Mr Minit the Manager Glenn has no customer skills what so ever he refused a refund of a garage remote that one of his employees sold me as it didn't suit my garage doors even though i was told if it doesn't work just bring it back for a refund. On my second visit Glen told me i had the wrong one & gave me there phone number so if it didn't work ring them. I didn't really want that option but i took it home & it didn't work so i took it back with no joy as they refused refund & wanted me to have a store credit that i didn't want. Brett was one of the employees that managed to calm thigs down & offered to come out to my house to try to get it to work & after a few goes with another remote it worked & I thanked him but as far as the manager goes he's totally out of touch & needs to change his attitude big time.

I heard you were a family run business, but after I walked past your shop the other day with my 5 year old daughter and 10 year old son, the vulgar and absolute obscene topics spoken about i really hope that isn’t accurate. I would be embarrassed to have staff working for me that obviously have no concept of volume control or the mere fact that they are in a very public area……shame on whoever employed these O2 thieves and even more shame on me who in the past have generously supported local businesses…. Not again, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and informing all my partners in trade to do the same….appalled

Asked for an engraving centred under a logo on metal. Was free hand engraved. Engraving was not centred or straight with pits in the strokes where the depth differs.I also requested it in capitals and received it in lower case.Edit: Was contacted and offered some potential remediation.

Went there twice for a garage remote refund but all of the staff is just so rude and ask me to try again and no refund for me. Before I buy the remote control one of the staff told me that if the remote doesn’t work I can come here for a refund. It’s not! Liar! Shut your business and train your staff!! Not recommended!!!! Stay away from this store at Orion Springfield!

A garage remote control $59 staff told me that if it not be match with the machine, it could be refunded.That's why i bought, but it did not match the machine at home. I took it back to the store ask for a refund. The staff told me that it could not be refunded! That‘s not what you said before I bought it.NOT recommended at all!!!
