We live in Stawell and went to our local Bi-Rite for assistance. Unfortunately for us they weren't that interested in helping us. Really felt like we got the brush off. Rang Harvey Norman ar Ararat with our inquiry. The young man I spoke to was very helpful, didn't think they had what we were looking for in stock but he made a search he found what I was looking for and even put the item aside for us. We drove over later in the day paid and collected our item. We'll done and thanks

I give this store 5/5. The young gentleman that served us was polite and knowledgeable. He made a sale which is rare for me to spend money at Harvey's as staff at other stores have not been, let's just say good.

Small store may have what you want but not a lot of variety. Expensive to mid range on prices. Staff unhelpful, Counted 4 staff doing nothing, Not 1 asked if we required assistance. After 10 minutes we approached them and even then our request was answered with I don't know and then he just stood there looking stupid. store clean enough but Photo kiosk was filthy. Could be a good little store if the staff lifted their game
