We've been customers of this family owned business for a number of years now and have experienced nothing but the best service from them in services and products. They have been especially helpful in emergency situations. We host an AirBnb and had locked ourselves out of the house the morning we were expecting guests to arrive!. Although they were fairly chock a block with bookings, Warwick was able to get there within the hour and get it sorted. Always friendly, professional, and of course super dependable when it really counts.....what you need in a locksmith! A very professional and useful transaction with Domenic who fixed my sliding door in a matter of moments. I'd spent three days trying to unlock it, but Domenic worked some kind of magic trick, and the door has been as good as gold ever since. Highly recommended business and thanks again to Domenic. Last weekend my daughter lost her car keys in Wollongong CBD. We contacted ADC locksmiths late on Friday night. They responded very quickly, gave us great advice. They were able to supply new keys without any trouble. I was so impressed with their friendly manner & reliability. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would give more than 5 stars if I could! Very happy customer!!

I wanted to be able to see people waiting at the front door through a camera and be able to unlock and lock the door remotely using my phone and wasn't sure how to go about this. I emailed ADC and Warwick ended up replying in detail, giving me some options and detailed product information, which helped me understand exactly what I wanted. Warwick quickly organised to come see my house and discuss further what would work best for me. Once I confirmed the products (ended up going with a Ring video doorbell 3 and Yale lock keyed with bridge), Warwick installed it himself and was very respectful of the fact I was running a business out of my home at the time, being as quiet as possible. He left the place clean and all the product packaging neat and tidy for me to keep. Warwick followed up several times via phone/message to see how my setup was working and offer help if I needed it. He ended up coming back twice (free of charge) to make sure everything was working properly, including the apps that go with the hardware. After reseraching the products myself online, I know ADC gave me excellent value for money.Mostly I was so impressed with Warwick's amazing customer service. He offered great advice, drawing on his own experiences with products and was really helpful without being pushy at all. I am so happy I went with ADC Locksmiths and will definitely be using them in future for anything lock related!

Quick and friendly service, with a problem solving attitude. The gentleman cutting my keys didn't have all 5 of the right sized blanks but instead of telling me he wouldn't be able to fulfil my order, be improvised and used a different type of key. All 10 total keys that he cut worked perfectly for the truck, and I'll definitely be back if I need speciality or honestly just any keys cut. Cheers!
