We booked our daughter into a camp as a Christmas present scheduled for January this year. Due to covid, it was postponed 3 days prior to the camp. We rescheduled for the June/July school holidays, however had to cancel due to an unforeseen event. When I asked for a credit or refund, I was simply sent the cancellation policy which states no refund if cancelled within 7 days. So it is okay for the school to cancel 3 days out, but not us. $400 odd dollars down the drain and one very upset girl who missed out on her Christmas present. Very disappointing.
