I asked for $100 volume lashes. The lady that did them didn’t clean them beforehand and then was pulling out lashes that because they were not sticking properly. This hurt so bad. She kept stopping to go on her phone and I know this because I heard her phone keep going off right next to my ear. She also stopped to chat to her Colleague for what felt like forever. My eyes were watering so bad and she changes the pads under my eyes twice then ended up not even using them. I asked why she kept pulling them out and she replied that “they weren’t sticking”. I asked why she changed the pads twice and she said “because your eyes keep watering”. After she finally finished it looked like I had classics. I have gotten them done there before by another lady and they were always fuller and with more volume. These were defiantly classics. I complained after and she said that she can do more then and I said no because my eyes were so sore and I didn’t want to sit there for longer in pain and get them done by her. The next day they started falling out and I didn’t have time to coke in because I was working all week. I came back in and talked to what looked like the owner about my traumatic experience and she said I could come in the next day to get them done again for free. She did not sympathise some me whatsoever and seemed annoyed at me. I came in today and she was going to make me pay another $50 to get them filled in when she said the previous day that they were for free. I was furious and said why and they said that because then the lady doing it wouldn’t get paid and it’s been a week so that’s why they are falling out. In the end she made me pay $30 to fix them. So I ended up paying $140 for lashes that should of been $100 and had so many of my natural lashes ripped out the first time and my eyes hurt the whole day after. They were rude to me. The fact that I had to come back not once but twice and fork out my own money is ridiculous. It is not fair, I work hard for my money and when I pay for a service I expect it to look good and make me feel good. But they made me feel bad for wanting what I purchased and made me spend more money. I’m very upset and mad.

The lady today was very nice but was extremely rough with my eyebrows commented saying one is shorter then the other so she couldn’t do much about making them even I’ll post a photo of my eyebrows!She made my left eyebrow bleed and then said she would tidy them up but didn’t I had wax in my eyelash and heaps still on my face she put aloe vera to try dim the redness down but her bottle was out so she put the tiniest bit on my right one.AND to top it off my right wasn’t wakes properly.Would not recommend!

I have just had my eyebrows done today and received a very bad service she made my eyebrows short. I told her to be careful and slowly and it’s like she didn’t understand I explain it to her 3 times , She was unfriendly unwelcome her hand was very strong like you could feel the pain every threat she does, after she finished she did tweezers which made it even worse. And then when she finished she didn’t even bother to give me the mirror or else if I wanted aloe vera she just wanted me to pay quickly honestly these kind of people shouldn’t even work. Now I have short eyebrows and some cuts even though I told her to be careful

I went today as I’m going on holidays next week. I asked for the tinting to be done first so they could see the hair and just tidy the brows as I wanted to keep them thicker. The tint was left on twice as long as they suggested because they did other customers in between. The threading was HORRENDOUS and a complete butchers job. I left in tears. They look like drawn on brown, so thin and also lop sided. They are absolutely terrible and she did not listen at all.I will never be back and will also be sharing my experience.

I have been going here for over a year. I went today and am so disgusted. My eyebrows have been threaded so thin. I also had them tinted, and you can’t even tell they were tinted. The woman that did them was so rough, even when wiping the tint off she was so heavy handed. I paid $27. The last time it was $30. I will never go back. Don’t waste your money. My 10yr old son could have done a better job.

Came and got my eyebrows done here today and I come here always to get my eyebrows done and majority of the time it’s great. Today when I came in a different lady to who usually does my eyebrows waxed them for me. She started waxing and then told me that she wasn’t able to get some of the shorter hairs so she would have to start threading them - sure no problem. When she was done, she didn’t offer a close up with a mirror of my finished eyebrows and instead quickly tried to usher me to the front to pay. I took out my phone camera and look to see that a portion of my left eyebrow has been waxed off in which she says “the eyebrow hairs were really thin so it was to best to take them out”. In no way am I an eyebrow expert but I am livid at the job she has done. I would have appreciated if she had asked me before she had given me half a left eyebrow or even just given me the choice, in which to top it all off, my eyebrows are two different shapes. Majority if not all the time I come here I’m happy but today was really poor and honestly didn’t feel like my experience was worth the $12 I paid.

rude and rough, don’t waste your money here.had eyebrows done here, lady was rolling her eyes at me and pushing my head around roughly (this can be done gently or by simply asking). speaking in native language with coworker and appeared to be talking about me as coworker rudely looking at me too.this experience made me uncomfortable and I will not be returning.

I will not be returning!!I came here for an eyebrow tint and thread, not only was the woman who served me highly unprofessional, she was also very unengaging and upon requesting dark brown for my dye, all she could reply with was a judgey ...that's very dark" these are about the only words she said to me from the whole experience! What does it matter how dark if some one wants dark brows they are allowed to have them!- she did not wash my brows before application and I had make-up on- she threaded semi ok. But was very rough and painful- she applied the eye brow dye and then left me alone completely

I had such an unprofessional & disturbing experience with skin & brow parlour. They weren’t professional with my booking time, I had booked for lash extensions volumes and done what doesn’t look like volumes. My eyes were irritated so bad I had to rush to the bathroom to water under my eyes. The colleagues speak amongst eachother too much and don’t focus on what they’re meant to be doing which is WORK. So unsatisfied with them, for what I’ve been charged is not right and I’ll be taking matters further. They have no valid contact email and like to avoid their unhappy customers! I wouldn’t trust the equipment or products they’re using. I’ll be taking these matters seriously

By far the worst threading experience I have had. I am so disappointed in service they provided and the way they threaded my eyebrows. I have had my eyebrows threaded before at other salons and it was not as painful as this one. It turns out she threaded my skin as well. It goes to show that she was inexperienced and had no idea what she was doing, I highly do not recommend this place. I have scars under my eyebrows from the skin she threaded off. I have added a photo taken 2 days after the service.
