I had a cut on my finger coz they rush. They accept too much customers when they could just tell them to come back. I chose my own color but the lady said its not look good on my fingers looks like a poo. so she chose the color for me. Im not comfortable with the lady shes too loud. she said im too stiff which is why im not relax coz im not comfortable at all. She made me feel intimidated.

Do not get services done here, READ ALL PREVIOUS 1 STAR REVIEWS. So disappointed!!! I had an infill, pedicure and unfortunately an upper arm wax done today and the best refund they could do was $6 after completely tearing my skin so badly I have a tennis ball sized black bruise on my arm. There’s patches of hair and wax still attached to my skin.I am a trained beauty therapist and I work in the industry, not only is this place filthy and there are no sanitary procedures in place - I’m CERTAIN the staff are not qualified beauty technicians. The owner brags that she knows every beauty trade, but unfortunately learning from YouTube doesn’t count.

Rose is amazing! My mum and I have been coming here for the past 15 years. I’m always taken care off by the wonderful staff and my nails are always done with care. Highly recommend Cosmo and can’t thank them enough for all the hard work they do!

I arrived half an hour before closing time and requested a full set of acrylic nails. Rose, the owner, was so welcoming and did my nails so efficiently, to such a high standard. She suggested I get ombre nails, and I am so glad I did. I was so impressed! This salon offers so many services beyond nails and I will definitely be returning as a regular customer. Thank you Rose for your service, conversation and high quality work. I admire your work ethic and dedication to quality nails - see you soon! :)

I had terrible experienced. I cancelled the wedding i supposed to attend as I had very red and teary eyes For a week! And when I complaint they fixed my nails and eyelashes but still some eyelashes still come off not even a week and the rest is like a stone in my eyelashes coz some had a lot of glue i think. Never recommend this shop! and the nails was done terribly coz they are in a hurry.

Lady was so rude hurting/ burning me and didn’t say sorry once. Didn’t want to do French tip so told me I’d have to pay extra. I felt with air bubbles in every nail. After 2 days my polish just started breaking away. Would never go back

My daughter had acrylic nails done from Cosmo. The service was very bad. They damaged her nails. The nails still haven't healed after 4 weeks. I don't recommend people going there. Later, we spent more money to fix her nails by another salon. I am sharing some pictures so you all can see and understand what I am talking about.
