Dr Romil Jain and the admin staff he have are always welcoming and do their very best to cater for peoples needs and conditions. Dr Jain is very much based on the new model of pain and whilst he will make suggestions of pathways to help he always lets the patient decide. On numerous occasions he has been happy to try many different treatments and gave his full support to my decisions. Not the best place to need to go but it is the best place to go if you need a pain specialist.

Absolutely horrifying experience.I have been seeing Dr Jain for around 2 years and have trialled a number of pain surgeries/admissions for my chronic inflammatory arthritis pain, including a deeply traumatising Ketamine Infusion. I was given next to no information about what to expect, and had a severe psychotic reaction to it that has left me with medical PTSD.I told him today I am at the point where I can't work and can barely walk on the oval, which I love doing, and his response was to do more exercise and go back to work.I felt so belittled and dehumanised by my appointment today that I will never, ever go back and I will tell people to be very cautious about seeing this Doctor.

Was not happy will treatment

I came to get help with my pain only to find that they went totally against my doctor support worker's family and myself and thought that I should come off my pain medication idk why these people can call them self pain specialists when they insist on making you live on a pain scale that is 10/10 and I end up in emergency department this is taking management to a whole new level yes opioids should be controlled but I don't understand why they are try to get ridden of them from existence

After being on opioid medication for over 20 years Dr Jain was the first pain specialist to treat me correctly. After my last cancer treatment I had decided to get off these debilitating medications. Dr Jain then put me on 10 mg THC 10 mg cbd, for the first time in 20 years I am able to think clearly. To those that have left negative comments, I can only say that no other Pain specialist comes close to the treatment from Dr Jain. Treatment won't cure overnight your pain, you have to work with him and will be happy with his professional services. I have been a patient for over 5 years and prior to Dr Jain I was in the public system that after 20 years was unable to help with my chronic pain. Robert Emery

Will never go back…. EVER!

The standard of care our daughter received from three practitioners across multiple disciplines was outstanding. A team of highly skilled experts who are clearly passionate about their work.

I will write my honest review after these doctors have sent my reports, they sometimes hold our comfort and happiness in there hands, I don't want to make things worse for myself,Update, I found this clinic to be too busy to really even know my issues, spent most of my visit with a nurse and about 2 minutes with the specialist, I have not been back as I found them to be more interested in pumping your key card than my health and well being, there's too many doctors these days that just don't actually care at all, just want to get rich fast, I have since found a doctor that actually does care

Both myself and my wife were treated by Dr Jain.I must say they look after patients like meat market so that they can get through more medicare $$$.Both my wife and myself spent less than 5 min with doctor and it seems that standard advice is to get nerve burn off procedure.Lef me put it this way it did not help my chronic shoulder issue (5 x surgeries on same shoulder).My wife after procedure was in huge pain and had to be put on way way stronger meds.Very hesitent to try such procedures again and if we see Pain Management clinic it will be a different Dr.Additionally the cross selling to their physios is almost like you feel obligated or that you must see them.As honest experience as i could put it.
