I chose the salon and hairdresser based on the good reviews I saw online. As much as I want to leave a good review, I want to be completely honest about my own experience.First, I arrived on time, however, my appointment was late by 15-20 to minutes (which was fine with me). Second, the hairdresser left me lying down on the basin with my hair wet with shampoo to serve a walk in customer. Third, the hairdresser was alternating 4-5 times between another client in the midst of cutting my hair which I had to wait 5-10 minutes each time. lastly, my hair was unevenly cut, had I was shown the back of my head I would noticed and asked him to fix it. I was hoping that the quality of haircut would compensate for the overall experience however, this was not the case. I spent a total of 3.5 hours on a simple hair appointment which mainly consisted on waiting.

I always love having my hair done at Luxm Docklands. They have the highest quality Aveda products for all your needs. My hairdresser Eason is the most adorable person. He has so much passion at his job and also so patient with me all the time, especially with my frustration choosing between colours! Thank you Eason for your perfectionism. I am looking forward to go back again!

Despite the relatively higher price in comparison to other places, the quality of staff and service is second to none. Despite only coming by every 2-3 months or so, Eason, one of the young hairstylists, never fails to deliver a premium level of hair care and advice.

Great salon with lovely staff! I paid $65 for wash and style, and loved the result. Luke was amazing and took great care of my hair.

Eason is the best. I originally came to the salon on a whim, because it was close to my house. Eason gave me an amazing hair cut so I decided to trust him with a full head of highlights. My hair was damaged on the ends from previous bleaching and had colour over the top. We had a consultation and he gave me advice on the best colour and lift without damaging my hair.He did exactly what I wanted with a super blended sun kissed look. Couldn’t recommend them more!

I’ve been going to Luxm a handful of times and the experience I have with Martin is always great! He is a really lovely and skilled hairdresser who takes his absolute time to get you what you ask for your hair! I highly recommend this Salon and Martin!

Incredibly warm and friendly staff with excellent service. It's been my go-to haircut salon for the past 2 years. The main hair stylist I frequent is Eason, who has been incredibly helpful in helping me maintain both my hair style and sensitive scalp's health. I'd 100% recommend anyone visiting to leave your hair in his hands.
