Optus Nowra

Stuck at home with covid, can't get to shop to pay my bills and Optus cuts me off, I have sent them 6+ emails over 4 days with no response. The customer service is non existent. Sad that I can't give it a minus 5 stars

Today 19/11 we has the pleasure of being helped by a lovely lady by the name of Sheetal at Nowra Optus. ( We switched to Optus after having no end of trouble with an other Company.) This lady is 110% and nothing was too much trouble . Would recommend if you want great service go see her.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are cheaper than telstra and the staff are much more helpful. Nice big store with a comfy waiting area too.

Went in with problem that I thought was an issue but Angela did a fantastic job with written details it was the BEST service that I have ever received. BRANDONS attitude is appalling and rude. Customer service skills definitely need some work. He cut me off before I could even finish my sentence and told me I was wrong. If he had just heard me out and listened to what I had to say, he would infact know he was very much out of line. I understand the customer is not always right but in this instance I was very much right in what I was trying to say and he didn't even allow me the chance to explain myself. Then when he seen I was visibly upset about how I was being treated he told me he was being calm and that i was rude. sure calm Brandon, but calmly being rude and arrogant.Everyone else has been fantastic to deal with and I applaud their lovely manners and support. Jackson especially is a wonderful person and I will continue to deal with him in the future.
