Very disappointing service, very slow, very poor communications. Doing the very minimum for owner, and doing there very best to deny what is clear documented damage caused by neglectful tenants to a 4 year old house. When you pay for a service but the standard of service is not met it is a basic form of thievery, very un Australian.
