EB Games

Me and my wife were walking through the hyperdome before mothers day this year and dident have a pen to write on a card. One of the staff members at this store was more then happy to loan us a pen as a passerbyer. I did not catch the name of this young lady but she was very welcoming and went above and beyond.I will definately come back to purchase soon.

Very rude and disrespectful staff who enjoy yelling out profanity. As a christian and a customer, I found this extremely offensive. I left all of my items on the counter and just left. Will never be returning.

This is yet another excellent EB store with typically amazing customer service. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at an EB Games store. The staff here are super friendly and more than happy to help with any questions you may have about anything really. It is a pleasure to drop in here even if it's for a browse and a quick question or two about some upcoming games.

Worst store manager (Katana) and head office customer service team member/manager/CEO(Jordan). Rude, arrogant, zero empathy and implied I was lying about a product being in stock for a price match. They have a ridiculous “service” not policy about price matching and whilst long story short was given no apology for what could be potentially construed as misleading and discriminatory policies.. I mean “it’s a service”.Threatened to cancel my level 4 membership and they could not care at all. All over $20 difference between JB and EB Games.Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere customers are not rewarded for loyalty. Will be cheering when EB (GameStop) goes the way of Blockbuster.

Love this place I am the oldest Xbox and pc gamer I know but the staff don’t automatically assume I’m buying something for my grandkids like other store do and they don’t recommend I start with something appropriate like solitaire. I have been gaming since the 70,s I know what I like and it’s not Tetris!!! EB staff are a friendly crew.
