Glenelg Surf Life Saving Club

Came here for lunch as it was recommended by staff at the visitors centre at Glenelg Beach. Place was busy. We ordered the seafood plate to share. Seafood was nice and fresh, salad on the side was good.Nice views of the beach.

There for lunch yesterday and scored an outside balcony table overlooking the sea.Service was friendly and efficient, and my wife and I both had the Wagu cheese burger which was very juicy and quite nice. Certainly beats sitting along the footpath on Jetty Road!4.5 Stars

We visited the life saving club twice during our stay in Glenelg, first time for a quick drink, second time for their seafood platter that we saw lots of whilst on our first visit. We sat outside - the view was amazing, great location, family friendly atmosphere, the service also good, my only minor disappointment was the G & T I received in chipped glass with lipstick on it, apart from that - I highly recommend visiting just to sit & enjoy the views!

Plentiful & delicious meal. View at sunset was stunning & the service from our waitress Yarna tonight was so pleasant. Thank you, we'll be back.

Always a great place for delicious food and friendly service. Unfortunately, we did have a not-so-fresh prawn in our seafood platter which was a little disappointing. Otherwise a fantastic time was had by all.

The food is great and the vibe is even better. Not to mention the staff. Very friendly. They make you feel very well. And to make the experience perfect, we could see the sunset from the balcony.

Went Wednesday (schnitzel night) with the family for dinner. Both had schnitzels which were very good, daughter had nuggets kids meal. All were a good size. Staff were friendly and had a good atmosphere. Would recommend. Good idea to make a booking as the place was pretty full.

I came with my children for dinner tonight, it was pretty busy so we waited 50 mins for our food. Our food arrived and it was lovely. My son ordered a chicken Parmy. He was half way through and there was a bug (still alive) in the salad dressing. I returned it as my son did not want to eat anything else. The manager, who was quite rude and didn’t even apologise offered a refund of 50%. She said that my son had eaten quite a bit so we didn’t deserve a full refund.I feel it wouldn’t matter if there was one bite left. There was a alive bug in his food. I was finally offered a full refund after much negotiation.I have to say that I found your female manager really rude and has no customer service skills. I myself have worked in hospitality and would never deal with a customer in that manner. I was courteous in my delivery.I suggest you have a chat with her and up skill her with some customer service training.

Food is fantastic! Service is good and never had a issue!!Well worth going!!
