Crystal Creek Caravan Park
This site was a real find. Conveniently half way between Townsville and Cairns. Beautifully laid out with lots of shade, spotlessly clean and lovely pool.Small shop and fuel station all part of it.The owner, Rodney, cannot do enough for you. He even spent Sunday afternoon draining my rental van fuel tank after I misfuelled ( not even at his fuel station)He deserves more than 5 stars.

Could not recommend high enough. Lovely clean, tidy park with wonderful caring staff (thanks Angelina!!) that made the stay amazing.$35 powered site. $30 unpowered. Some powered sites have a concrete slab, others are beautiful manicured grass. There are drive through sites also available on the other side of the amenities block

Crystal Creek Caravan Park
This park is fantastic. We stayed for 1 night last year on our way home and have come back for 3 nights this year on our way up. The facilities are amazing, the sites are large with lots of shade , the grounds are so lush and green . Best Park we have stayed in, we are feeling very relaxed after our stay. Thank you.

Lovely immaculate gardens, clean spacious amenities, camp kitchen, laundry & BBQ area. Beautiful big pool with baby splash pool although there is no children's playground. Caravan, camping & cabins available. As on the highway there is some noise throughout the night. Hosts gave us a lovely 3 separate day itinerary to see the sights, walks & waterfalls plus share in other locals hospitality if you wish.

Stayed for two nights.Big drive through site, green grass shaded by palms. Amenities and pool are very clean. Great place to kick back and relax. Highly recommended

What an amazing little spot ! We checked in for just 1 night as a stop over. Large secure and clean amenities including piped music in the shower block ! Huge leafy sites, but not all sites have a slab - so be mindful to ask for one when booking if you need it.It is so pretty and feels like Fiji ! Staff/owners very friendly. Highly recommended.

If you need a place to break up the drive this is awesome. The facilities and park are fantastic. Lots of greenery to shade you and a pool to cool off. Has cabins as well. This was the surprise park of the trip and we actually returned another night on the trip back down it was so nice.

Crystal Creek Caravan Park
Great stop over. Right on the highway. We stayed in one of the cabins. Very clean, air conditioned, etc. Just what you expect. The park has a number of some very shady and large caravan lots. The park itself is immaculately clean and green when we stayed in late March. Be sure to take two hours to go for a swim in Crystal Creek 10 mins away.
