Ive been dealing with Ferrari Warner for more than 10 years now, they've always been very professional toward myself. Very sad that Lawrence retired, but hey he's left an amazing team still doing the fantastic work he trained them so well to do. A HUGE THANK YOU TO YOU ALL :)

Had my tax for over 12 months and didn't do it as they said they were waiting on one thing from me. It would be nice to get a follow up phone call within one year if that was the case seeing I provided everything else that they asked for... Spoke to me in a very rude unprofessional manner . When i told them i should take my business elsewhere Ruth said that would be fantastic. So I did. Blaming the client is bad form for your incompetent non performance. They only contacted me when i contacted them and I would not recommend them to any business.

I recently heard that Lawrence had retired, which I congratulate him on and wish him all the best.
