It was the day before Christmas and everyone was shut ...I was very lucky i found Karl Knudsen's open - He was so generous to stay back to fix my brakes which were extremely dangerous. He and his team are thorough gentlemen and very efficient. I work for an engineering company and was told by my colleagues they did a great job at a reasonable price. Thanks to Karl i had a wonderful Christmas and safe trip back to Queensland in my vehicle.

I have been going to Karl for years and never had a issue in over 10 years.He really focuses on customer service and is happy to go the extra mile. He always explains what is going on so I never have to worry that I am being charged for something that I don't need.I recommend Karl and his team to anyone who cares about their car and wants it done right the first time.They are also happy to run you up the road if you need to get back to local shops to be on the bus route.
