We have just had the pleasure of purchasing two new Honda Civic vehicles through Cliff at Valley Honda. Cliff has been awesome to deal with but also the whole Honda team at Traralgon have been very welcoming and friendly to deal with. Cars next to houses are one of the biggest purchases we make. The process can be as exhausting as it is exciting, and the relief after completing each milestone is satisfying. Having had 25 odd cars over a 28 year driving career I sit in the enthusiast category and it's the small things that matter - to me. This is where I thank Ryan for the tuning in to what I was putting down, so to speak. My car was absolutely immaculate, Ryan nailed the attention to details, no ask was too big, and I found myself wanting to talk about more than just cars - a bloody good bloke. Had a great experience at Valley Honda. Cliff and the team were clear on details, professional and friendly. I was so impressed with the service that I did a 1900km round trip to deal with Valley Honda, rather than a local dealer who had really disappointed me with their sales process. The local dealer could learn a lot from Valley Honda, who worked with me to the end, despite my last-minute decision to go ahead as well as various challenges from my side. I feel good about purchasing the car because I value great service, and that's exactly what I've received. I would do it all again. Oh, and I love the car.

Just purchased a used car from Valley Honda and was very impressed by the staff. I test drove a car with Cliff about a month ago and was very happy with his sales style, knowledgeable without being too “salesy”. I didn’t buy on that occasion but was so impressed with Cliff that I kept an eye on their website. Another car came into stock that looked good, so I called Cliff and organised a test drive. He was very accommodating and this car was perfect. All the staff at Valley Honda looked after us very well and I’d definitely recommend visiting them next time you’re looking for a new car.

I had a very positive experience at Valley Honda Traralgon. I found salesman Cliff to be very knowledgeable about my new Honda HRV. He was courteous and quick to understand our requirements. His attentive after-service phone call took me by surprise and he was helpful on several queries I had. Well done..and thanks Bernie McKenzie, Yallourn North

I ordered 4 spark plug cam cover seals over the phone, and asked if they could post to me, I was quoted $10 to send. They rang the next day to say the parts had arrived, I asked the lady if she could post them, as I'd asked the gentlemen who took the order. I was then charged $15 for postage, and they even put them in a medium satchel!? The parts are tiny and weigh less than 50g. They would of gone in a large letter padded envelope and cost under $4. She explained they only send express, fine ok, but why send in an oversized satchel, and with no retail packaging too. Not impressed with the parts department, I get better service from City Honda in Warragul.

Poor service at this place, hastily done detail, didn't secure wheel jack and handle, trim piece still hanging down, cargo area carpet still very wet from steam cleaning 3 days after pick up, cup holders and steering wheel grubby, touch up guy does the roughest touch up I've ever seen-just blobs paint on in the chips. Promised (and documented) slim line black and white plates not supplied and or fitted, ended up with standard plates. Now I've done a vehicle rego check and Vic roads has no record of the new rego number!!Save your time and trouble don't go to country dealer-I thought it might be better in the bush but it is not.

Just bought our new Honda Civic RS and couldn't be happier with their attention to detail.
