Worst beauty mistake I ever made going to browco. First of all asking for far more personal data and information than they need. I refused to give it. All I wanted was an eyebrow service, the website said $48 however I was charged $50. The worst part was my eyebrows were done so badly I look like an old hag with untrimmed, unshaped and uneven tinting When I got home I was so upset I rang head office they offered to fix my eyebrows. At great inconvenience I went back to the shopping centre but instead of trimming my eyebrows according to the photo I provided, the girl aggressively tweezed them. It was hurting me when she reapplied the tint my eyebrows were stinging because of the over tweezing. I was very dissatisfied with the outcome the second time. It was a waste of my time and money and they refused to refund the overcharging and now I will be taking them to NCAT. Never ever go there.

Love the girls at browco - grace is my lash tech and so amazing she is extremely talent and professional and great and what she does.I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes she’s the best lash tech, out would recommend 100 x would not trust anyone else to do my lashes grace is amazing.

I always get my lashes done here, Grace is my lash tech and I am so happy with how they are. She always takes great care and my lashes always look amazing!

If you are wanting a ‘full’ set of lashes that last longer than 24 hrs I do not recommend going here.I went for a full set and I had to go back the next day to get them fixed. Went back for an infill 2 weeks later, got home brushed them and all the inner lashes came out. It’s been 5 days and my lashes look like they are 2 weeks old. Definitely the worst lashes I have ever had

Absolutely love Lauren!! She helped so much, went in after another place to get a removal. She ended up recommending she do infills and she did a beautiful infil in 30 mins and was half the price of the old place I went too. She was also so kind and genuine, will defs be coming back x

I get my lashes done by Grace the manager. She’s amazing at what she does and has always got a smile on her face. I would highly recommend going to see Grace at Browco Erina to treat yourself and make yourself feel good!

This brow company is amazing! Loved getting my brows done by Lily, she was so gentle and the results were amazing. I didn’t have excessive redness and the colour was perfect. Will definitely come back!
