I actually really enjoy going to the gym,Love it,I only wish I had joined sooner!This is what I say when asked “how was gym today?”I have been to many gyms before and each time it’s the same old treatment. You join, you get given a training program and pretty much just get left alone to figure it all out for yourself with no satisfaction and throwing away money!!I have been blown away by how invested Michael is in your health, fitness and wellbeing. His knowledge and experience is second to none. When I first joined I had a few niggling injuries and aches that I had been unable to rectify with copious physio visits. I first started attending 3 sessions a week and within a month I was already noticing that my ailments had improved significantly.I attend 3-5 small group sessions per week and have always seen how much Michael genuinely enjoys his work by the care and respect he has for his clients. You’re not just a number or a $ figure, you are a valued member of a community group. Michael takes the time to get to know all his clients personally which makes working out really enjoyable for all with the added bonus of meeting some fabulous people who I now consider friends.Thanks so very much Michael!

I've been coming to Michaels gym since 2019 and since then my fitness has increased ten fold as well as my knowledge in fitness. Michael ensures that you are performing the movements correctly and uses evidence to support his training methods. I have never heard of another gym like his which makes it a really unique environment to train in. If you want to kick goals and level up your training, I would definitely recommend trying out this gym!

As a +50 y.o women - the importance of strength training was evident and I am solucky to have found Michael (Marmina) Training. I now have strength to support injury’s, toned arms, stomach & back and lost weight. I feel so strong, energised and healthy. It’s good to feel GREAT.I love going to my sessions - Michael is very motivating, sympathetic to prior injuries, very structured and has extended knowledge on nutrition & general health education. It’s the best investment in my health, love it and highly recommend training in a small group environment with Michael
